North Logistics Ltd was incorporated on 6 January 2024 in England & Wales, company number 15393153, registered at Building Unit 8, Olympic Park, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 0YL. Our registered trade is SIC 49410 — Freight transport by road. That is the whole of our formal history so far, and we would rather state it plainly than dress it up.

David Gallagher, Director

The business is led by David Gallagher, whose background is in road transport rather than in running a sales desk. That shapes how the company works: the person quoting your job understands what the vehicle, the driver's hours and the access at the far end actually allow, so the price and the timing you are given are ones we intend to keep.

It also means there is no layer between you and the decision-maker. If something needs sorting on the day, you speak to the person who can sort it.

Operating philosophy

We are deliberately lean. We do not have a national depot network, and we are not trying to compete with the pallet networks on volume. What we compete on is responsiveness, owner-level accountability and knowing the Warrington, Skelmersdale, Merseyside and Greater Manchester corridor properly — the industrial estates, the access restrictions, the times of day that actually work.

For an SME transport buyer, being small is the advantage. Awkward loads get looked at rather than rejected by a form. Late notice gets a real answer. And if we cannot do something, you hear that straight away instead of finding out at four o'clock.
